The posts today are mostly stamped images from Bella stamps that my sister shared with me. These 2 I will save for birthday cards.

Harley Bella

I don't know if that is the name of this stamp but it should be. It is so cute-I'm sure I'll think of someone to send it to. I used glimmer mist on the flower to color it green.

Retail Therapy!

I made this card with my friend Amy in mind-she hasn't been feeling well and has had a really stress filled year. The inside says "Retail therapy always makes me feel better! Hope you feel better soon"

Momma to Be cards

These are 3 cards showing some preggo Bella's. They are really cute. Thanks sis for sharing these with me!

July Birthday Cards

I have some birthdays to celebrate early next month so I finished these cards today. The cupcake is a SU stamp and the rest are Bella's.

My brothers birthday card

My brother Dan has a birthday tomorrow-this is the card I made for him. The stamp set is from SU-Noble Deer. I also used the background stamp Weathered.

My Grandparents

While rummaging through my computer I found pictures I had scanned in of my maternal grandparents & greatgrandparents. This is a picture of my grandparents taken while they were in Maine. I don't think I have ever seen them look happier-you can tell grandma has some Maine blueberries in her hand from the way she is holding it.

More Baby Cards

Here are a few more baby cards I made this week-I think I have enough in my stash now.

Mini Magazine Holder

This is the 1st time I made this-it holds about 5 cards & envies well. Will be making more of these. The tutorial can be found here: http://www.sunflowerstamping.com/2008/11/magazine-holder-tutorial.html.

I tweeked it a little, put my tape in the wrong place the 1st time but am happy with how the 1st "experiment" came out. Added a little bling.

A2 Card Box

Here is a card box I made for a friend at work-she wanted to give a thank you gift so I put in 5 cards & envies in the box. I used DCWV Butterflies & Blossoms dp. The tutorial can be found here: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/tutorials/a2cardbox/

New Bird Stamp Set

I bought this stamp set from Inkadinkadoo a couple of months ago & just got around to using it. These are some owl note cards I made.

This one I used the black magic paper-not really wowed by it. Maybe I need to practice more.

and here are the last 2. I love the phrase on the last one. I used the cuttlebug for the red & tan background.

Wierd Scary Turtle!!

OK-so every year this snapping turtle comes around and looks for a place to put her eggs. Its the same week every year & she comes back to the same exact spot. She has been doing this for 4 years now-each year she gets bigger & meaner looking. I always irritate her a little by getting close & taking pictures. This year I don't think she buried them on our lawn-last I saw her she was making her way through the flower bed-an hour later when my husband was coming home he saw her in the ditch by the side of the road heading back to the wet area she must live in. Here are a couple of pics-isn't she scary looking?

Retired Su products here!

I just got my box of retired SU goodies today-kept the order small this time. I really like the corduroy buttons in kiwi & pacific blue. Will post a project as soon as I use them.

Emily's Baby Shower Card

My niece Emily and her husband Zack are expecting thier first baby late July-her baby shower is this weekend-this is the card I made for her. The baby's gender will be a surprise so I did not use pink or blue.

Fathers Day Card

This is a card I made for my dad for father's day. It was alot of work but am very happy with how it turned out. I used the Camp Out cart.

Happy 100th Birthday

My Great Aunt Ethel turned 100 on May 19, 2009. We celebrated with a small tea party at her house that day. She looks great and is still pretty independant.

One of my favorite pictures from that day-my mom's cousin Gail and my mom. They were very close growing up and I have heard "Gail stories" all my life-finally got to meet her after 46 years!!

Here is my Uncle David, his wife Melissa & my mom Sally.

This one is of Uncle Elton, my Aunt Lessie and Elton's live in girlfriend Myra-yup at 87 you can have a live in girlfriend!!

and here is a picture of Aunt Ethel with her younger brother Elton and thier niece Gail.

This is a card made with the Urban DP from SU-the ribbon and flowers are also from SU.

These are some cards I made earlier this year with the Upsy Daisy set.

Our furbabies

And here is a picture taken in Jan 2009 of Cocoa with Sweetie.

Our little Sweetie

This is a picture of our little furbaby we adopted from Paris Hill Cat Hospital. My husband spotted her when we were there for Cocoa just before Christmas. He fell in love-5 days later we had her home. She is good company for Cocoa and is her daddy's little girl.

This is a place card my super creative sister made for our Mother's Day Brunch she hosted this year. She used Lifes A Beach cricut cart. Each one was customized to each family member. The whole day was alot of fun!
