I think it is so versatile-I use it for male birthday, sypmathy and even Christmas. Here are a few I did yesterday.<br />

<br />
I am making some items for the Chinese Auction-these are 2 of the card boxes I made. The idea came from Splitcoaststampers-here is the link: <br />
<br />
<a href="http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/tutorials/drawerbox/">http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/tutorials/drawerbox/</a><br />
<br />
I was only able to get 5 cards and envelopes in so I am hoping I'll get time to make some more. 1 filled with birthday cards & 1 filled with Christmas cards. Tried to keep them simple so they would appeal to the most people. <br />
<br />
Here is the christmas one-note the ribbon "handle". And a little glam on the top. <br />
<br />

I can't believe it's been a month since I posted. My best friend's husband died unexpectedly a month ago and I made an emergency trip to North Carolina to be with her. Seems like since I got back life has been very hectic. We had our 2nd driveway put in (thanks to Dan Brown and my husband) for a great job-no more having to lug groceries up the steep hill to the back door.<br />
<br />
My meager little flower garden is very pretty right now-here are some pictures of my irises. <br />

<br />
This one I colored in with copics & layered with SU Perfect Plum then a scrap with some glitter on it. <br />
<br />

First one is Craveabella-used copics, SU Perfect Plum to layer & the background dotted paper is a scrap. Prima flower with a little pearl center. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgAIGGmin5V7gz4pX2nMevLOOqHlzgiJyQ5OQfOf7mqysSric9uYEGT8PlstZiqq3QKpfO9cjUmhDLNa7F1a8Yh46Zvq33X-IZKG2Dq_X_xAqM9fcpTldKuER5QQavS4ApDfkElcBTSEQY/s1600/102_1576.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgAIGGmin5V7gz4pX2nMevLOOqHlzgiJyQ5OQfOf7mqysSric9uYEGT8PlstZiqq3QKpfO9cjUmhDLNa7F1a8Yh46Zvq33X-IZKG2Dq_X_xAqM9fcpTldKuER5QQavS4ApDfkElcBTSEQY/s320/102_1576.JPG" tt="true" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Next one is with Minivanabella--so cute with all the little kiddies! Colored with copics, layered on SU Melon Mambo, Perfect Plum ribbon & same scrap for background-primar & pearl center. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />

</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Used SU Apricot Appeal to layer the copic colored image-background is a scrap. Not sure about the flower-I know it is not a prima. Note how the shopping bag on the left I stamped the image again & cut out this bag on a little piece of patterned paper. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />

</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">And this last one is Daisybella-used copics to color, Melon Mambo to layer, scrap for background. Daisy center is a Michael's Dollar Spot bling. SU punches (Scalloped Circle, 1/28" circle & 1/2" circle)</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />

Background is some paper shared with my sister Jewelbug & some prima's with a little bling center. I love the striped pants on Billboardabella! They are so fun to color with coordinating paper. <br />
<br />

</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">This one is for my friend Michelle who now lives in North Carolina-again copics & SU In Color from last year Pacific Point.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />

</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">I made this one last week but after a trip to the Altamont Stamping & Scrapbook Expo yesterday (we froze-no heat in the building) with my sister Jewel & her friend from the Cricut MB Christina I decided to glam it up a bit. I used a Sakura Quickie Glue pen on the top & purse then sprinkled on some lilac Sparkles from Denami Design and now she is all glitzed up! I hate to be an enabler but if you don't have this pen & some of these Sparkles you should really try them-the pen was $2.50 and the Sparkles I think were 3/$8. Now I wish I had gotten more.</div><br />

<br />
This first card is made with PTI paper-Ocean Tides, Spring Rain & Aqua Mist. The wing of the bird is made from a scrap of the Everyday Blessings patterened paper 6x6 pad. Background is Aqua Mist and it is embossed with CB folder from the Romance collection. Ocean Tides is punched with the new EK Success punch-Flowers & Blooms I think it's called-I just picked it up this week & really like it. A couple of prima flowers with blingy centers from Recollections. <br />

</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">This one has one of my favorite SU color combo's-Old Olive & Ruby Red. Squares are 2x2 then layered on Old olive. Love the old fashioned look. <br />
<br />
This one has all PTI paper & a little bling from Recollections!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj3q67crcjQA_9Dx4gJLuETQ_YNV28_AUwn5gZiDktr1dw9SdBE3LW8Y63m5FdecpKMRnjWBURzyWkMFcHamR3YrrWOVvwAcXUMOyD-0RQlu7DAhzpJt2malTYBgU9hT8Z63X511FeHLGo/s1600/102_1528.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" nt="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj3q67crcjQA_9Dx4gJLuETQ_YNV28_AUwn5gZiDktr1dw9SdBE3LW8Y63m5FdecpKMRnjWBURzyWkMFcHamR3YrrWOVvwAcXUMOyD-0RQlu7DAhzpJt2malTYBgU9hT8Z63X511FeHLGo/s320/102_1528.JPG" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">This one is using SU Gable Green paper & some scrap from when I first started cardmaking. Stickles used around the image.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />

</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Love this bunny image-paper is SU So Saffron & Creamy Caramel. Used one of the CB Romance embossing folders. Stickles again around the image. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />

<br />
For this one I used Pretty in Pink, Blush Blossom & mellow Moss paper-ribbon is from PTI & the square buckle is something I bought from Oriental Trading at least 2 years ago-1st time I've used one! Colored image in with Copics.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhs48wBECQfI5Rai-8X0ZAUlV1UALDwlbPDdttWAbpVBQhLPBMNUd01xJuuu8gCkpbvNf3LgYwcIW9Vdw7PRTgNeyO0Ik1CCUbW7MAQWNhmhDdPXR6CZhjz7iauRo6SNrj6mrWEuo4pJ90/s1600-h/102_1477.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhs48wBECQfI5Rai-8X0ZAUlV1UALDwlbPDdttWAbpVBQhLPBMNUd01xJuuu8gCkpbvNf3LgYwcIW9Vdw7PRTgNeyO0Ik1CCUbW7MAQWNhmhDdPXR6CZhjz7iauRo6SNrj6mrWEuo4pJ90/s320/102_1477.JPG" vt="true" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">I used PTI paper on this one and the little pearl bling I found at Michael's a couple weeks ago. Sponged some Apricot Appeal in the sky area. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgDo4mtozKwLOOaY-96GLzrPkdUXitO5oGrhenqB5JYnLQOxEUJ3uiS5v6VYGsp9iAnWq4LlKGaC0e58uM3BGJL1G5uh62bHbQEjZIMNY2sUmdPHfp2_jlvk_ltj_zZ4mMhxU7wFHhWgSM/s1600-h/102_1480.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgDo4mtozKwLOOaY-96GLzrPkdUXitO5oGrhenqB5JYnLQOxEUJ3uiS5v6VYGsp9iAnWq4LlKGaC0e58uM3BGJL1G5uh62bHbQEjZIMNY2sUmdPHfp2_jlvk_ltj_zZ4mMhxU7wFHhWgSM/s320/102_1480.JPG" vt="true" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">I finally used a Cuttlebug embossing folder set I have had forever-it came with 4 little folders & all 4 are flowers. I think it add's a nice touch here. Little pearl bling from Michael's again. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhHZgJ7ZeXDbki5IM4vOWRcQwb7V2iVYlPjifGzlwpilNv2UcPLoRGlST_wgkpZTyoaXiUKWMKJsLnHRrvgRPVp7FNk3OuTvYmsroH8MFFk6q25Cp0OgX0gxBlf7a4isu8uybHD1A28WJU/s1600-h/102_1481.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhHZgJ7ZeXDbki5IM4vOWRcQwb7V2iVYlPjifGzlwpilNv2UcPLoRGlST_wgkpZTyoaXiUKWMKJsLnHRrvgRPVp7FNk3OuTvYmsroH8MFFk6q25Cp0OgX0gxBlf7a4isu8uybHD1A28WJU/s320/102_1481.JPG" vt="true" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Last one-Almost Amethyst is the background paper and the image is layered on Gable Green. The horizontal triangle is a scrap that seemed to coordinate well. And little green pearl bling from Michael's. I may have to run and get some more!</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />

Made some children birthday cards using the DCwV Animal Crackers background paper. <br />
<br />
This first one has the middle Giraffe covered with stickles. Images were stamped with Dusty Durango & Crushed Curry-same colors for the paper. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgT7skdn5zRhnfpDqnJ5wvdaeUqeULyw36n91FU7kwdfwn7w0EHWjoa5Qsc6mNSlkNJNW3x_p_H5053yxVi_j9My4jPv22b_DfAGlwWeNzbo952dvuhPmzfxapVMWO8ulnmYuRLic1x1-U/s1600-h/102_1471.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgT7skdn5zRhnfpDqnJ5wvdaeUqeULyw36n91FU7kwdfwn7w0EHWjoa5Qsc6mNSlkNJNW3x_p_H5053yxVi_j9My4jPv22b_DfAGlwWeNzbo952dvuhPmzfxapVMWO8ulnmYuRLic1x1-U/s320/102_1471.JPG" vt="true" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">This one is using the little elephant image-I think he is so cute!</div>He was stamped in Close to Cocoa-the layered papers are Garden Green & Close to Cocoa-used some scraps from the Animal Crackers paper & ran a strip of Garden Green through the cuttlebug with the distressed stripes folder. <br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEionPmhIG5EpyFFZlsEvBkg3IZQttQUg-HYbX8ZraK_alSqoGsgr-hAHe9yVYPVFz5NmkwrU2Iu4P6K4Fx7HzKk7zd7Kcm_xwe4rw1T38i6pTojiMmRbFn6HnIDMEmSJ_5N9bwGqLzulCY/s1600-h/102_1472.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEionPmhIG5EpyFFZlsEvBkg3IZQttQUg-HYbX8ZraK_alSqoGsgr-hAHe9yVYPVFz5NmkwrU2Iu4P6K4Fx7HzKk7zd7Kcm_xwe4rw1T38i6pTojiMmRbFn6HnIDMEmSJ_5N9bwGqLzulCY/s320/102_1472.JPG" vt="true" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">I used mostly PTI paper on this one-the stripe is something I picked up awhile ago-can't remember what it is-it was a left over scrap. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />

</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">and a really simple one for last-elephant stamped in gray & layered on Brilliant Blue scallop circle punch and 2 coordinating scraps from Animal Crackers-old square brads that matched the blue. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />

I colored in the dress with SU Dusty Durango & Cameo Coral-that's as close as I could get it to match the color in the background paper. I just love this Winobello stamp!<br />

Notice how the groovy pants match the background paper?<br />
