Hand cut or Drippy Goo???




I made 2 of these Frankie cards for Halloween-I hand cut the "hair" on the 1st one & used the drippy goo punch on the 2nd-which do you like better?

    you should probably delete that first message...
    I like the hand cut much better than the drippy goo
