I made this birthday card with SU Crazy for Cupcakes-the background is DCWV Sweet stack. And I got to use my new SU ticket corner punch.

SNOW DAY!!!!!

We are supposed to get up to 2 feet of snow between today & tomorrow night so I took today off. I have made several cards-playing with some Bella's & Tilda stamps. I'll post a few now.

These first two are Tilda's-I used Nesties for the 2 rectangles, glitter paper background & a couple of prima's.

Not sure who this little guy is but it's a cute stamp. I used one of the CB embossing folder as the background.

I have no idea who this stamp is - I got it in an exchange but she is really cute. Love the little puppy she is holding.

And a couple of Bella's. First one is Chefabella-background paper is from my sister Jewel (better known as Jewelbug on the cricut website)-DCWV Kitchen stack.

I'm going to send this one to the above mentioned sister - we got together at her house 2/15 to stamp and I want to send a little note to her. She may see it here before it reaches her!

Here are a few cards I did this week-birthday, sympathy, thinking of you.

I used SU Crazy for Cupcakes on these 2-the first one was time intentsive as I make "buttons". Background paper is from the DCWV Sweet collection. I used markers to color in the cupcake & candle.

and this one also has background paper from the DCWV Sweet collection. Paper is SU PIP & Close to Cocoa. Markers colored in the cupcakes & stand.

I just love this paper-Cosmo Cricket. Stamp set is Happy Harmony(SU). I used Cricut Accent Essentials cartridge for the stamped image base & layered it in Close to Cocoa. Ink was Rose Red, Regal Rose & sentiment is in Close to Cocoa. I sponged some Old Olive too.

and last one, Happy Harmony, Cosmo Cricket paper again with same inks-I'll show a close up of my stamped image. I used some textured cardstock for the stamped image & really like how this looks.

New Bella's Arrived today!!!

I ordered 4 Bella's stamps & they came today-as soon as I get a chance to play with them I will post. My 2 copics I ordered also came. Not sure I ordered the ones I needed to try my hand at shading but we'll see. I was really bad on Monday and ordered a set of 36 Primary Copic Sketch from Joann's with the 50% off coupon. Don't tell my husband!

Valentine's Day Cards

I had to whip this up quick so not much detail but they turned out pretty cute. The background papers on all the little boys are from DCWV Pocket Full of Posies stack & all the background papers for the little girsl are from DCWV Sweet stack. All figures are made with the Everyday Paper Dolls cart. I can't find my Peachy Keen face stamps so had to draw them in. Really wish I could find them. As a side note, can you pick out the little girl who is wearing Crocs? These are part of the Nurses outfit on the cart.

Bella's

I played with Bella's and some Copics-I only have 10 and really have no idea how to use them. I would like to take a class but would have to drive almost 2 hours to do that. So for now, I just color them in. I do plan on buying some in a group so I can try to teach myself how to blend. Anyways, here are my feeble attempts.

I used a cmbo of this & last year's In Colors from SU-Pink Pirouette, Kiwi Kiss & Rich Razzelberry. the copics were R20 blush,YG03 Yellow Green and E00 Skin White. SU Rich Razzleberry Marker & Close to Cocoa for the hair.

This one made with Choc Chip, Kiwi Kiss & Pink Pirouette. Copics used were E00 Skin White, Hair & Boots Y21 Buttercup Yellow, Present is R20 Blush & R29 Lipstick Red, Sweater is YG03 yellow green and pants BG72 Ice Ocean.

Papers are Kiwi Kiss, Pacific Point & Baja Breeze. Copics used were E00 Skin White, Y21 Buttercup Yellow, YG03 Yellow Green, BG72 Ocean Green & B06 Peacock Blue
